We use odorless and colorless treatments which are safe for the environment, pets and humans. Offering quarterly and monthly pest control, termite control and prevention, "one shot" treatments, special service agreements, complete yard treatments, baiting and monitoring systems, moisture barriers, vent installation and CL-100's, (real estate letters), gives our customers a wide variety of services to fit their individual needs. Explanation of Services... Pest Control Services - Includes all common pests. Monthly, quarterly, once - "one shot," or twice a year programs. CL-100's - If you buy or sell a home, a CL-100, (otherwise known as a real estate letter) is currently required by the state of South Carolina. Pre-treatments - If you are building or planning to build a new structure, the state of SC requires the soil to be "pre-treated" for the prevention and control of termite activity.
